Reschedule	Account → Subscriptions → Select order → Change date	Move your next delivery to any date; your cadence continues from that new date.
Change frequency	Account → Subscriptions → Item → Frequency (30/45/60/90)	We’ll use the new interval starting with your next scheduled shipment.
Cancel item	Account → Subscriptions → Item → Cancel	Stops future renewals for that item immediately. You can re-subscribe anytime.
Swap products	Account → Subscriptions → Item → Swap	Replace the item (e.g., change scent). Prices update before you confirm.
Update address / payment	Account → Addresses / Payment	Changes apply to upcoming renewals. We’ll retry payment if a card fails.
